After completing my UX certification with Academy Xi, I've focused on creating inclusive, accessible experiences. To me, accessibility extends beyond compliance. It should be woven into every step of product building.
I believe in deeply understanding user needs and what jobs they're trying to accomplish. I don't see myself as just a UX designer. I understand my role in the holistic process of product building.
For me, user psychology is central to design. A great user experience is one that users don't even realise they're experiencing, because there's no friction, just seamless flow.
